After a two decade career across advertising, marketing, technology, strategy, and growth, Sundeep's current role has expanded from marketing to market fitment — shaping how products, partners, processes, data and technology align with real-world execution environments. His current participation is within a PMO-driven, nationally-significant ambitious internet infrastructure project providing high-speed internet to all Gram Panchayats in India.
He works across companies and functions to build organic fitment—ensuring that each team, capability, and workflow naturally connects to the larger delivery framework. This includes aligning how decisions are made, how information flows, how responsibilities transition across functions, and how teams respond to ground realities. By shaping these linkages, he brings structure to otherwise fragmented environments and creates an execution rhythm where strategy, operations, and field activities move in sync with company priorities and project milestones.
Sundeep is fanatically driven to build an 'SI of SIs' model through an ecosystem approach where collaborators embrace coopetition to blitzscale.
